Join our network and if someone is searching for a product that you have, we will make sure they can find you. You will have the ability to respond to your customers in real time and let them know if you have what they are looking for. To get started, we just need some basic information about your store.
Use the app to search for your hard-to-find item(s) and you will get a list of stores that actually have it. The app is in progress and we are currently building our network of stores in order to provide you with the best user experience possible! In the meantime, feel free to join our mailing list and get updates on the progress of the app.

Simply open the app and select the category of the product you're looking for. If you don't see your product's category, click on the 'REQUEST A CATEGORY' button and submit a category name you want us to add. We'll do our best to add it in our next update.
Here you'll be able to see which stores have the product you are looking for within a radius of your choosing. Get more information about the selected location (name, store hours, address). Click the "Call" button to quickly call the store if you want to talk to someone.
As a customer, you will have access to your history. See which products you searched for in the past. If you want to search for something again, simply click the 'Find It' button right next to the product.
If you're a store, provide us with some information we can pass along to potential customers. Fill in the profile fields and make sure to add your store hours. Your inquiry notifications will be turned off when your store is closed.
This is the main screen for stores. As a store, you will receive inquiries for products in your categories. Let your potential customers know if you have the product or not by clicking the "Yes" or "No" button. If you want to turn off notifications, simply use the "Notifications" toggle.

Yes, the app is the same. But the experience is different. When creating an account, you have the ability to specify if you are a customer or a store. That will determine what features you have access to.
Yes. As the owner, you will be the admin of your store account. Your employees can download the app and sign up as employees of your store. They will all receive inquiries for your store, but only one employee has to respond to it.
No. You can do a quick search for a product without having to sign in. But without an account, you will not have access to some features. For instance, you would not be able to acces your history.
Not unless you want to. This is why we recommend you add your store hours in your store profile. You will not receive any inquiries when your store is closed. You also have the ability to turn off notifications or add special closed dates.
